Elevate is about accentuating awareness and equipping ourselves to not only recognise the baggage that prevents our ascension, but equipping ourselves to jettison that baggage in order that we may live into God’s calling and our fullest potential.
Learning techniques that open the heart and create coherence with our brain is foundational.
Our outer selves represent a small fraction of the wisdom, love and potential that we’ve already cultivated in the higher octave of our beings, what we often call our soul.
This higher octave is always available to us but it tends to come in only occasionally in a moment of epiphany, intuition or great love, or perhaps in a powerful dream. More typically, we block it and many of us have a life times bad habits reinforcing blockage. (Think iceberg – it’s the 90% of the ice, submerged and hidden below the water that sank the Titanic)
When we are able to shift into that higher octave, we discover that we have access to more intelligence and expanded understanding. For instance, we see things far more clearly when we tap into that higher octave when we’re engaged in our spiritual practice, ie meditation, prayer or mindfulness.
In these moments, we get far better creative ideas, sharper illumination and understandings of how to navigate life’s complex situations.
To assist us into this higher octave or frequency space, Elevate has created a programme to accelerate our development, ascension and growth in order that in harmony with God we may live into our highest calling and potential. You are welcome to share this journey with us.
